Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and manage reports, records, and required documentation.
- Track and update shipment details, invoices, and logistics-related records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and organize necessary information.
- Perform routine data backups to secure company information.
- Handle sensitive data with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support administrative staff with filing, documentation, and related tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong typing speed with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in data management is an advantage).
